TIM REED

During his tenure at Green Hills, Tim held various roles, including engineering and engineering management roles for real-time operating systems, hypervisor, and compiler toolchain technologies. He led the professional services organization and oversaw sales channels and new product launches. His experience spans automotive, industrial, aerospace, and defense end markets, and he brings expertise in software robustness, formal verification, and the use of new programming languages in safety- and security-critical applications. Tim graduated with a B.S. in Engineering and Applied Science from the California Institute of Technology.

AMANDA BLUM

Amanda Blum, Chief Financial Officer, oversees the company’s financial operations and compliance functions. Amanda brings over 13 years of financial leadership experience. Most recently, she served as the Corporate Controller of Green Hills Software. Before that, she held various finance leadership roles at Sientra, Inc.. In this publicly held medical device company, she gained a wide range of experience from SEC reporting to M&A. Prior to Sientra, Amanda worked for Nasif, Hicks, Harris & Co., LLP, where she did audit and tax work. She received her B.A. in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

DAMIAN B. FOZARD

Damian Fozard, CEO & Founder of CoreAVI, is a technology-loving, problem solver who wants to answer the tricky, interesting questions. This inquisitiveness combined with over 25 years in software and business development has helped Damian and his team to develop real-time safety critical graphics and compute drivers for military and avionics applications. Over 155 major aerospace and defense programs in more than 25 countries operate CoreAVI’s award-winning safety critical technologies.

After starting his career at Xerox, Damian left the corporate world for a life of entrepreneurship focusing on innovative and demanding fields. His ventures have covered diverse applications from cryptographic and security systems, through workflow and document management, to embedded safety technologies. In the early days of his career, Damian’s skills in security and cryptography welcomed invitations to hack and probe many of the early internet banking and government systems. Damian was a technology consultant on several pieces of legislation that laid the foundation for internet commerce.

Damian holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Wolverhampton, Wolverhampton, UK.

Damian believes that the autonomous safety industry demands constant innovation and he is proud that he and CoreAVI are a part of that revolution.

MICHEL GENARD

Michel Genard brings over three decades of experience in critical edge software, where he has held executive positions both in business and product. Previously, he served as Vice President of Product Management at Wind River, an established provider of embedded safety and security solutions. At Lynx, Genard's primary focuses are assisting with corporate and product strategy, messaging/branding and M&A. He also serves as an advisor and board member to other private companies.

WILL KEEGAN

As Chief Technical Officer, Will Keegan leads the technology direction across all the Lynx product lines. He has been instrumental in developing key security technologies within Lynx to broaden the reach of the existing products, focusing on cyber-security, cryptography and virtualization. Will joined Lynx in 2011 as the director of security solutions, with responsibility for the LynxSecure product line. Before Lynx, he was a product developer at Objective Interface Systems, Inc., responsible for product engineering of real-time middleware and high-assurance cryptographic network technologies. He holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Texas.

ALAN MAILLET

Al Maillet, Chief Revenue Officer, oversees the Company’s go-to-market function, strategic account management, and sales operations. With longstanding experience in the aerospace and defense end markets, Al will focus on accelerating Lynx's organic growth initiatives. He was previously with Mercury Systems, a global commercial technology company serving the aerospace and defense industry, where he served as the Vice President of Product Line Sales. He has also held several senior growth-focused roles at technology companies spanning multiple end markets, including WindRiver, Qognify, IneoQuest Technologies, Redline Trading Solutions, and NextHop Technologies. Al holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

AUTUMN MASTERSON

Autumn Masterson, Vice President of Program Execution, leads the company’s program management and operational strategy initiatives. Autumn brings over 15 years of leadership experience across defense, aerospace, and technology sectors. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Thompson Software Solutions (TSS), where she directed cross-functional teams and ensured the successful execution of Department of Defense projects. Before that, she held various leadership roles at Lockheed Martin, managing complex systems and leading technical integration efforts. Autumn’s career began in the U.S. Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller, where she gained extensive experience working with sensitive programs. She earned her B.S. in Organizational Management from Wilmington University.

ANGELA ROTHE

Angela Rothe brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience to Lynx Software Technologies as our Vice President of Human Resources for the global platform. In this role, she leads HR strategy and operations, driving excellence across the organization.

Prior to joining Lynx, Angela served as the Global Executive Director of People Operations at Ogilvy & Mather, a world-renowned advertising agency. There, she established the North America People Operations function and spearheaded the global implementation of Workday.

Angela also spent 21 years at Deloitte. In her final six years with the firm, she served as the Head of People for Deloitte Digital, a globally recognized, award-winning creative consultancy, where she successfully integrated eight acquisitions over five years.

Angela holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from the University of Denver and has been a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2013. Her expertise in organizational transformation and commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence make her an invaluable member of the Lynx leadership team.

ARUN SUBBARAO

Arun Subbarao, Vice President of Engineering, is responsible for developing products for the Internet of Things and cyber-security markets. He has 20+ years of experience in the software industry working on security, safety, virtualization, operating systems and networking technologies. In this role, he spearheaded the development of the LynxSecure separation kernel and hypervisor product and other software innovations in cyber-security, which led to multiple patents. He is also a panelist and presenter at several industry conferences. He holds a BS in Computer Science from India, an MS in Computer Science from SUNY Albany and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
